Introducing the Trinity Wellness Foundation: an non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between wellness of body, mind, and soul within the Church. We believe that true well-being encompasses of body, mind, and soul, and our mission is to promote a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures every aspect of the human person.

Mercy Acts: Triathlon for Souls :   Is an unique event combines physical movement with spiritual devotion, encouraging participants to cultivate both their physical and spiritual well-being.

Our main goal is to demonstrate the transformative power of Eucharistic adoration and acts of mercy for oneself and others, leading to greater holiness and wellness.

Our Mission:
To show the power of Eucharistic adoration and acts of mercy in fostering spiritual and physical well-being.

We are seeking 1,324 names of individuals for whom we can pray, specifically for their conversion, as Team Mercy Acts trains and competes in a Sprint Triathlon in Bay St. Louis on July 13, 2024.

Each moment of preparation and the race itself will be dedicated to these souls, offering our efforts for their spiritual transformation.

Event Details:
From June 1st to July 13th, Team Mercy Acts will collectively offer their training hours and one holy hour each day for the conversion of sinners, seeking the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima, who urged us to pray for the conversion of sinners on July 13th,1917.

How You Can Participate:

1. Submit Names: Provide the names of those you wish us to pray for.
2. Commit to Adoration: Pledge at least one hour of Eucharistic Adoration each week for 6 weeks (you can participate online via “Live Adoration Chapels”).
3. Commit to Wellness: Enhance your wellness by committing to any type of physical movement three times a week for 6 weeks and adopting one healthy habit.

Goals of the Triathlon for Souls:
Promote Holistic Health: Highlight the importance of balancing physical fitness with spiritual practices for overall well-being.
Encourage Prayer and Intercession: Mobilize a community of believers to pray for the conversion of sinners, emphasizing the power of intercessory prayer and to fall in love with Eucharistic Adoration.
Foster Community Engagement: Create a supportive environment where participants can grow together in faith and fitness, strengthening the bonds within the Church.
